Students will gain a strong understanding of
Commercial Liability Coverage with an extensive review of the following
coverages:
- General Liability Coverage
- Occurrence and Claims Made
- Environmental Impairment Liability
- Underground Storage Tank Exposure
- Products Liability
- Municipal Liability Insurance
- Liquidated Damages for Manufactures
The course reviews products safety and product
recall as well as dram shop laws.
The Center allows you up to six months to complete this course. Upon completion of this course the student will be
able to utilize the commercial liability coverage in meeting his/her client
needs.
